Shantanu Das has more than 20 years of experience in International Development and holds a Postgraduate degree in Economics and MBA. He has demonstrated experience in design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of large multi-million-dollar programs and multi country evaluation assignments. He has deep domain expertise and experience of designing and evaluating assignments covering Urban, HNWASH, Nutrition, Agriculture & Food Systems, Private Sector Development & Inclusive Economic growth, and Climate Change. Currently he leads the Research and Evaluation and PFM practice in IPE Global. He has led numerous Monitoring and evaluation and PFM assignments in India and globally for national Governments, multilateral and bilateral agencies and Large philanthropic organisation. He has experience of working in Many countries in Asia and Africa- Bangladesh, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, Bhutan, Ethiopia, Ghana, Lesotho, Malawi, Uganda, and many others. Before joining IPE, he has worked with KPMG, DFID(FCDO) as SRO and Economic Adviser, Confederation of Indian Industry and Japanese Government.
