Project Brief

The application is a dynamic online system facilitating collaboration, search and navigation of relevant information. The KM portal is an enabling system which the stakeholders can continue to update, collaborate and effectively use as their decision support system.

Application focuses exclusively on the data/ information asset class to record, retrieve, report and maintain all type of SPUR data. It is standardised in the reference data, resolving duplicate records, and permitting multiple parties to submit and query a secure, reliable database on a real-time basis. It also controls multi-tier rights of access functionality.

In order for KM application to succeed, one needs a deep understanding of what constitutes knowledge. It consists of three components i.e. data, information and knowledge, and there are a number of different ways for knowledge to be accessed, shared, and combined.

  5. User training and capacity building,
  6. Handholding support and complaint escalation management.
