Lisa Noakes currently manages IPE Triple Line's partnerships in 3 EC Framework Contracts (Lots 7, 10 and 11) and 2 DFID Frameworks (GSDRC and EITI).She has over 15 years of experience specialising in transition economies, management of donor-funded economic development and private sector programmes.
Lisa specialises in managing projects and grants schemes funded by both the UK Government's Department for International Development (DFID) and the European Union (EU). She brings an astute level of technical expertise to IPE Triple Line that includes assessing grant scheme proposals, managing social and economic development projects and monitoring and evaluation across all sector programmes. She has worked extensively with the European Commission enabling her to become fully conversant with European Communities Development Policy and the principles of good governance. She has also worked on many social and economic development projects in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Guinea, FYROM, Latvia, Lithuania, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa andVietnam.
Prior to joining IPE Triple Line, she worked as the Deputy Head of International Consultancy at West Midlands Enterprise (WME). One of her main responsibilities at WME was to manage two large European Commission Framework Contracts to the value of €50 million.
Lisa Noakes holds a Diploma in Economics from Open University, Birmingham, UK.
