Rajeev Gera is leading Scaling Up Interventions in Reproductive, Maternal, Neonatal, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCH+A) Project, supported by USAID.
Rajeev has over 18 years of experience in development sector providing technical and project management support to public health programmes. As the Project Director, he works closely with governments to help policy development, strategic planning, monitoring of the implementation, innovate and identify good practices and build capacities at all levels for better implementation of the national RMNCH+A strategies in six states of India. He has been associated with many health programmes including polio eradication and routine immunisation in India and Nigeria. Before joining IPE Global, he has worked in leadership positions with many national and international organisations which include WHO, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, John Snow Inc. and Public Health Foundation of India (Immunisation Technical Support Unit - MoHFW, Government of India).
Rajeev Gera holds a Master's in Public Health (MPH) from Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand. He also hold M.B.B.S degree from Bundelkhand University, Uttar Pradesh, India.
